We are opening the doors to Foodlab Skåbu – a brand new concept where you are involved from field to fork, and experience real food production in interaction with nature.

Here, it is not just about tasting – but about foraging, harvesting, hunting, fishing, cutting and refining. Together with our chefs and professionals, you will take part in the entire process behind the mountain food you see on your plate. We are starting with three exclusive courses this autumn, and our ambition is to make Foodlab a permanent offer.
