Embark on a two-day culinary journey through the flavours of the mountains - with short distances from nature to plate
A welcome package awaits you in the lounge on arrival, consisting of a selection of our homemade hams, made in the traditional way and matured in mountain air. A perfect start to your stay.
On the first evening, you will enjoy a tasty 5-course menu, where we let ingredients from local farmers, fishermen and producers shine in creative combinations.
The following evening you will have our most complete experience: a 7-course full tasting menu, a gastronomic journey that takes you through the flavours of the mountains in small, delicate servings.
Start each day with our unique breakfast experience, a personal buffet served at your table featuring, among other things, our own hams, local cheeses and local farm milk from Ødhumbla (Norway's smallest dairy!).
The taste of the mountains is a year-round package and the dining experience is adapted to fit the season. The fresh ingredients of summer, the deep colours of autumn, the calm atmosphere of winter, or the first shoots of spring each set their own unique setting for your meals.
