A taste of the mountains, à la carte

Food at Skåbu Fjellhotell is a tribute to the mountains, the people and the ingredients around us. We follow the rhythm of nature and let local producers put their stamp on the menu – from eggs and milk to fish, meat, and vegetables. Choose between our menus or à la carte – and experience the taste of the mountains, made with care and respect.

Available from November 2025, Thursday-Sunday, 13:30-20:00. We recommend reserving a table in advance, but you can also drop by.
