Food at Skåbu Fjellhotell is a tribute to the mountains, the people and the ingredients around us. We follow the rhythm of nature and let local producers put their stamp on the menu – from eggs and milk to fish, meat, and vegetables. Choose between our menus or à la carte – and experience the taste of the mountains, made with care and respect.
We serve lunch from 12:00 to 14:30, and dinner from 17:30 to 20:00. We recommend reserving a table in advance, but you can also drop by.
