Food at Skåbu Fjellhotell is a tribute to the mountains, the people and the ingredients around us. We follow the rhythm of nature and let local producers put their stamp on the menu – from eggs and milk to fish, meat, and vegetables. Choose between our menus or à la carte – and experience the taste of the mountains, made with care and respect.
We serve à la carte from 13:00 to 15:30 (the kitchen is closed from 15:30 to 16:00). We recommend reserving a table in advance, but you can also drop by.
The dishes are served in the center of the table with small plates, so you can taste, share, and help yourselves exactly as you like.
