Start your day with our unique breakfast experience – a personal buffet served at your table, feturing with, among other things, our own hams, local cheeses and local farm milk from Ødhumbla (Norway's smallest dairy!).
Your stay includes a 3-course dinner on the first evening. On New Year's Eve you get our most complete experience: a 7-course full tasting menu in Restaurant Skadir. We let locally sourced ingredients shine in creative combinations, and put on a festive dinner that truly marks the highlight of the year.
As the clock approaches midnight, we gather outside – for fireworks that light up the winter sky and a view of the mountains that provides a completely unique setting for the first minutes of the new year.
The atmosphere is magical, with both the festive glow and the silence of the mountains as a companion.
