Throughout the weekend, you will participate in practical sessions, wine tasting, cooking, and bring home your own foraged and processed products. The combination of mushroom gathering, mountain nature, Norwegian food culture and gastronomy makes this an experience you won't forget.

Join us in the mountains and discover the joy of gathering and processing mushrooms in wild Norwegian nature. Under the expert guidance of mushroom inspector Siri Lundberg Hovland, you will learn how to recognize, harvest ,and preserve edible mushrooms from the high mountains.
