Restaurant Skadir

Taste the mountains, feel the tranquility

At Restaurant Skadir, it's all about letting nature express itself – through pure, natural flavours from the Norwegian mountains

We use wild sheep and mountain pigs from our own farm, and game and mountain trout from local hunters and fishing lakes in the area. Everything is prepared with respect for both the ingredients and the craftsmanship, and with a passion for real flavour. Skadir is open to everyone – both hotel guests and visitors. If you want to enjoy dinner with us, we ask that you book a table before 12:00 the same day. Lunch is served without reservations.
